Key Responsibilities\n

You will engage in a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at delivering comprehensive mental health care:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals—to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Facilitate psychoeducation workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance client skill-building and social support.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
