Key Responsibilities\n

The successful candidate will assume a variety of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify mental health needs and resources for each client.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to specific client needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that detail specific goals and interventions for client progress.

• Collaborating closely with the treatment team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at promoting mental wellbeing.

• Offering crisis intervention and risk assessment with safety planning when necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate reporting of client progress and treatment adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families in the Fort Worth area. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
