Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews that inform individualized care strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to establish tailored treatment plans, incorporating their specific needs, cultural contexts, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats—individual, couples, families, or groups.

• Engage in crisis intervention services by providing immediate emotional support and coordinating care with fellow healthcare professionals during acute episodes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring that records of patient progress, treatment protocols, and discharge summaries are updated in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, empowering them with strategies to manage their wellbeing effectively.

• Participate in regular team discussions and clinical meetings to evaluate treatment outcomes and implement any needed adjustments to care plans.

• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in mental health, integrating these insights into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and other related mental health issues at the detox center. Our team is dedicated to providing culturally competent care and fostering a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients recovering from trauma. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be vital in building rapport and trust, vital components for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required.

• A valid and active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient in working independently as well as collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000 , based on relevant experience and qualifications.
