As part of the outpatient office, you will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, allowing for an adaptable and responsive therapeutic approach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized counseling sessions to clients dealing with various challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique values, goals, and therapeutic needs.

• Create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment that encourages client engagement and open communication.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support to clients experiencing urgent emotional distress.

• Work closely with a diverse team of other mental health professionals and case managers to take an interdisciplinary approach to client care, ensuring holistic treatment.

• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly while documenting clinical notes in compliance with confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in team meetings, training, and workshops to continually refine your practice and expand your clinical expertise in areas such as child and adolescent therapy or couples counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
