Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health concerns, leveraging diagnostic tools as necessary.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy.

• Provide empathetic individual therapy sessions via telehealth, prioritizing the establishment of therapeutic goals and working collaboratively with clients to monitor their progress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health practices by engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be essential in creating a safe and supportive environment for clients who may prefer virtual sessions due to accessibility issues or personal preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and professional experience.
