Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Radiant Relief, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and education.

• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions aimed at professional development and sharing best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n
