Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Conduct initial assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals and couples, employing various therapeutic methodologies and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems therapy.

• Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring that each client is progressing towards their therapeutic goals.

• Provide referrals to specialists when necessary, coordinating care beyond the scope of your practice to best support the client’s health.

• Engage in clinical documentation and maintain compliance with all health record regulations and insurance requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance service delivery and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
