In this remote position, you will work collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals committed to patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to determine clients’ mental health status and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to specific conditions.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, using various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions within the EHR system, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare resources when needed, including psychiatric evaluations, support groups, or community services.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to share and develop coping strategies.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to collaboratively enhance client care and address complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our patient population greatly values culturally responsive care, and you will be instrumental in promoting accessibility and understanding in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of experience providing direct mental health services.
\n
• Expertise in understanding mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proven ability to engage with a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and virtual communication platforms.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality, and fostering professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
