Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support for a variety of challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid state license to practice independently, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No disciplinary actions on your record and no limited or provisional licenses.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature essential for building trust with clients.

• Proficient computer literacy skills for navigating our therapeutic platforms and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
