Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and conceptualize treatment strategies.

• Design individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based approaches tailored to meet specific needs.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions (individual, family, or group settings) focusing on various issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Monitor and document client progress accurately within our EHR system, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid counseling license in Nevada as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is required.

• A minimum of four years of post-graduate experience providing mental health counseling.

• Demonstrable knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capability to handle diverse and challenging situations calmly and effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective relationships with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in implementing culturally sensitive practices in both individual and group therapy will be highly regarded. Additionally, a capacity for leadership or experience in mentoring less experienced counselors is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
