Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand the mental health concerns of clients and formulate tailored treatment plans that cater to their individual needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to address a variety of mental health issues and promote healing.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .
