Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic rapport with a diverse clientele, ensuring they feel safe and supported in sharing their concerns.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to tailor treatments.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions—both individual and group sessions—addressing issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, marital conflicts, and family dynamics.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to reach a wider array of clients, ensuring continuity of care in a remote setting.

• Continuously assess client progress, adapt treatment modalities, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Coordinate with outside specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive support for clients, including referrals to psychiatrists, psychologists, or community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
