What You’ll Do:

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency.
• Managing inventory, ordering food products, and maintaining stock levels.
• Overseeing portion and quality control standards for all menu items.
• Supervising and scheduling kitchen staff to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all state and local food handling requirements.
• Creating specials and contributing to menu development while upholding our quality standards.
• Ensuring the maintenance and proper functioning of all kitchen equipment.
• Conducting team meetings, training sessions, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Addressing health and safety concerns promptly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a kitchen management or similar role.
• Education: A high school diploma is preferred.
• Leadership: Strong supervisory skills, including hiring, training, and motivating kitchen staff.
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong reasoning skills to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a high-temperature environment.
