Work Environment

Our facility is designed to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where professionals can thrive. As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nursing staff, to deliver holistic care. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of physical health needs and functional limitations of patients, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
• Deliver tailored physical rehabilitation therapies, employing various modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, using clinical judgment and evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery.
• Instruct patients on the proper techniques for exercises and activities they can perform independently at home to enhance their rehabilitation.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating on comprehensive patient management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with relevant licensure to practice in California.
