Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility and autonomy, while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. We operate Monday through Saturday, allowing you to craft your own schedule that accommodates your lifestyle. In addition, our team will support you through in-house credentialing, managing insurance participation, and client scheduling, freeing you to focus on what you do best—providing high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Clinician will involve a range of critical duties, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions that address each client's unique needs and challenges.
\n
• Communicating effectively with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient assessments, treatment plans, and care coordination during regular meetings and documentation updates.
\n
• Providing expert case management for assigned patients, collaborating with hospital staff, community resources, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Completing ethical and timely documentation to meet department standards and enhance continuity of care.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in achieving their therapy goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from adolescents to adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. By addressing each client's specific needs through tailored interventions, you have the opportunity to help individuals navigate their path to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A strong willingness to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, based on your availability and client demand.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in the outpatient therapy setting, particularly with a focus on evidence-based interventions, will be highly regarded. Familiarity with managing diverse client needs in a remote setting is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Renewed Life Mental Health Center, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
