Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, assessing students' personal histories and current concerns, and evaluating relevant risk factors that may impact their academic performance.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student, focusing on their unique mental health issues and promoting emotional resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methods, to engage students effectively in their treatment.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that empower students to develop personal growth, emotional regulation skills, and healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, ensuring continuity of care and reinforcing effective strategies to support the mental health needs of students.

• Provide crisis intervention and on-call availability to address urgent mental health situations as they arise.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required. A Master's degree in Social Work and LCSW licensure are preferred.
