JOB PURPOSE:

The Material Administrator is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of raw materials and production supplies within or between departments to support production schedules and ensure uninterrupted operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Reconcile inventory errors and expedite raw materials to ensure there are no interruptions on the production floor. Maintain Kanban systems for raw materials. Meet with Vendors to negotiate pricing on supplies and services. Create case labels as needed. Enter Job orders from the production schedule. Enter Purchase orders as needed. Order Production supplies as needed. Participate in Department/Production specific projects Maintain records for safety equipment. Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, e-mail programs, and Bar Tender. Knowledge of M2M and SAP is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kalle USA LLC
