Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families, school staff, and outpatient providers to ensure cohesive support for students.

• Engage actively with insurance companies for pre-certification and manage utilizations effectively, facilitating seamless access to necessary services.

• Participate in discharge and aftercare planning, helping clients transition successfully from intensive services to ongoing support.
\n
• Provide therapeutic meal support, not only promoting healthy eating habits but also modeling a positive relationship with food.
\n
• Deliver empathetic and affirming care that respects each client's unique background and intersecting identities, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students, supporting their emotional and social development. This includes addressing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your insights and interventions will be vital in creating tailored strategies that address each student's specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Maryland is required.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to assess and adapt interventions as needed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
