Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions with clients, using various therapeutic techniques and interventions to support their mental health journey.

Additionally, your role may involve specialized training in addiction counseling, as we support individuals navigating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
