Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of children and adolescents.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy through individual and family sessions, utilizing modalities that resonate with young clients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on a diverse clientele of children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. The successful therapist will engage with families to ensure a holistic approach to treatment that considers the broader contextual factors influencing the youth's mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with relevant licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) valid in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic or clinical setting.

• Possess an Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania, allowing for the provision of unsupervised clinical services.

• Demonstrable experience with direct psychotherapy services, effective communication, rapport-building with clients, and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• Strong proficiency with digital tools and software for clinical documentation and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. We offer competitive W-2 compensation that surpasses industry averages, alongside comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans. The role also includes a 401(k) plan with employer contributions, malpractice insurance coverage, and several other elective benefits.
