Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored, individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to clients, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation and record-keeping in compliance with Pennsylvania state guidelines and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and relevant support systems to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Participate in scheduled team meetings and peer consultations to promote knowledge sharing, professional growth, and a unified approach to client care.

• Stay informed of current licensure requirements and engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Fontana Psychological Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will encounter various presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The ability to tailor your caseload according to your clinical strengths and interests is encouraged, allowing you to specialize in areas where you feel most effective and motivated.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and unrestricted LPC license in Pennsylvania.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy in a mental health setting.
