Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the unique needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans tailored for clients, ensuring that these plans are regularly updated to reflect client progress and feedback.

• Organize and facilitate group counseling sessions and educational workshops in accordance with the program schedule, fostering an environment of learning and support.

• Maintain consistent communication with family members and other referral sources involved in clients' care, ensuring they are informed and engaged in the therapeutic process.

• Participate in Quality Improvement groups and contribute to program development efforts to enhance service delivery.

• Attend regular in-service training sessions and staff meetings to perfect care strategies and stay informed about best practices in the field.

• Ensure that all client records comply with licensing standards and contain the necessary documentation to reflect comprehensive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population ranging from children to adults, each facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Through one-on-one interactions and group sessions, you will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role is crucial in guiding these individuals towards healthier coping mechanisms and fostering resilience within families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid state-level license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, showcasing the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
