Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients experiencing crisis, ensuring immediate and effective support.

• Collaborate with emergency responders, such as police and ambulatory services, to deliver onsite crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive appropriate care quickly.

• Lead a mobile crisis response team, offering clinical guidance and mentoring to team members in real-time crisis situations.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that address these needs.

• Facilitate referrals to specialized services, case management, and aftercare resources as needed to support client recovery and reintegration.

• Maintain an updated knowledge of local community resources to effectively guide clients and ensure they receive the holistic support they deserve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families experiencing mental health crises, including adolescents and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders. Your work will be directly impactful, assisting clients in navigating their emotional crises while providing tools and strategies for recovery and stabilization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active license in the state of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, ensuring unrestricted and independent practice.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Exceptional clinical judgment and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, especially among adolescents, along with experience in managing co-occurring conditions.
