Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through telehealth, adapting approaches as needed to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by assessing clients’ needs, strengths, and goals, ensuring that each plan is comprehensive and actionable.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the client's specific needs.

• Document progress notes and client records meticulously to maintain accurate and confidential information in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies, enhancing the overall quality of care offered.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
