Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy strategies to clients, conducting comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, effectively addressing diverse mental health issues.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Southeast Behavioral Health PC, we are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $70,000–$100,000 per year, complemented by performance bonuses and a SIGN-ON BONUS.
