Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers on therapy practices to encourage continued progress at home.
• Analyze Progress and Document Results: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients stay on track for success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
