Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on aiding adults aged 18 and above who are dealing with mental health disorders, which may impede their ability to function effectively within their community. Many clients experience anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues that disrupt their daily lives. Your role will be vital in guiding them toward recovery through tailored therapeutic techniques and community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state licensure is mandatory, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.

• Effective communication skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening in all client interactions.
