About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth and Partnerships to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to expand market reach and drive user acquisition. This includes building and nurturing strategic partnerships that enhance the company's offerings and customer engagement. The role also involves analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing efforts, and establishing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives. The Head of Growth and Partnerships will be a key player in leading negotiations with potential partners and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to ensure continuous improvement in growth strategies. The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience in sales or business development within the fintech or financial services industries, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and experience in a fast-paced, startup environment are essential. A background in consumer financial products and services, experience in a leadership role, and knowledge of digital marketing strategies are preferred. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to empower families with elite financial tools and ensure that every child can reach their full potential without financial limitations.
