Office Manager Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Office Manager to lead a fast-paced, multi-doctor, multi-hygiene practice in Clearwater, FL. This is a leadership role for a results-oriented professional who thrives on accountability, team development, and operational excellence. Position Overview: The Office Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the practice, including team leadership, financial management, and operational efficiency. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue, optimizing patient experience, and ensuring the practice meets and exceeds key performance metrics. Monday- Friday 8am-5pm x1 sat per month Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a multi-provider environment Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient care Drive practice growth and revenue through strong leadership and performance management Oversee payroll in relation to production and ensure alignment with financial goals Manage and analyze P&L to meet profitability targets Ensure scheduling optimization for doctors and hygiene to maximize production Maintain accountability for KPIs, including collections, production, and case acceptance Oversee insurance processes including verification, billing, and claims follow-up (AR) Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Qualifications: At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office Experience leading a team Knowledge of dental terminology Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year About Us: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
