Events Assistant

Live events don't run themselves — that's where you come in. We're hiring an Events Assistant to help plan, set up, and run brand activations, pop-ups, and corporate events across NYC. One week it's a product launch in SoHo, the next a corporate activation in Midtown. The job, honestly: You'll handle logistics, work events on-site, troubleshoot in real time, and manage the admin that keeps everything moving. Hours flex around events — some early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with schedule visibility in advance. You'll be on your feet, and yes, sometimes carrying boxes. When something goes wrong mid-event (it will), staying calm and fixing it is the job. You'll fit if you're: reliable above all, personable with the public and clients, organized enough to notice the missing extension cord before it matters, and comfortable with active work (standing, lifting up to ~30 lbs). 0–2 years of experience — hospitality, retail, or customer-facing backgrounds translate well. No events experience needed; we provide paid training. Must be authorized to work in the US.
