Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments, gathering comprehensive information regarding clients’ mental health issues, past experiences, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, as well as family and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and interventions catered to each client’s journey.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating a space where clients can share experiences and learn coping strategies.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments, offering immediate support and safety planning when needed to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and sessions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing practice management systems as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
