Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our outpatient office in Stafford, Virginia, where you will engage directly with patients in a welcoming and well-equipped facility. Monday to Friday, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and establish a schedule that accommodates both your needs and those of your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations, focusing on orthopedic recovery and rehabilitation.
• Develop individualized treatment plans employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Implement treatment plans effectively while monitoring patient progress, adjusting therapy methods as required to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all patient treatments and responses thoroughly, adhering to regulatory compliance and keeping accurate records that support ongoing care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and physicians, to provide holistic care to patients.
• Train patients and their families on the proper use of assistive devices and techniques for effective self-care and mobility.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
