Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, reviewing medical histories and performing detailed assessments to guide treatment decisions.
• Explain evaluation findings and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, incorporating input into personalized goal setting.
• Implement custom treatment protocols based on individual evaluations, adapting to the patient's evolving needs and response to therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care; document any changes in a patient's condition and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Facilitate discharge planning, ensuring appropriate follow-up care and documenting all patient care activities, from initial evaluations to discharge summaries.
• Utilize effective time management while maintaining productivity standards, participating in regular meetings, and offering insights for continuous improvement.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing activities, enhancing Patient Plus Therapy's presence and accessibility.
• Commit to professional excellence through ongoing education and mentoring; act as a clinical instructor for students in physical therapy programs.
• Champion a patient-first approach that emphasizes customer satisfaction and fosters excellent access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).

• Current CPR certification.
