Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at our Stafford location, you will work a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, comprising 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and monitor a wide array of therapy techniques, ensuring adherence to the prescribed plan of care.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging evidence-based practices to optimize recovery results.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with a current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association is essential for ensuring patient safety.

• Technological skills, particularly in word processing and electronic record-keeping systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
