Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Blast Tech, you will:

• Evaluate patients' conditions through detailed assessments, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their needs and limitations.
• Plan and implement effective treatment programs, tailoring approaches based on physician referrals and patient goals.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and facilitate recovery.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop optimized care strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Education and empower patients and their caregivers by developing easy-to-follow home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adhering to compliance and outcome measurement standards.
• Achieve and maintain productivity benchmarks, contributing to both individual and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center treats a broad spectrum of patients who require specialized orthopedic rehabilitation, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within orthopedic care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with a focus on patient interaction.
