Key Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients with various orthopedic issues, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and functional limitations.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes for each patient.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
• Document evaluation findings, treatment provided, and patient progress meticulously in accordance with legal and professional standards, ensuring complete and accurate billing for services rendered.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives, quality improvement projects, and may also engage in marketing and program development activities.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to support staff, ensuring quality delivery of care in compliance with organizational policies.
• Stay current with clinical best practices through professional development activities, including continuing education and attendance at relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Talk Path Rehab Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic pain associated with orthopedic disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
