Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patients' unique needs as referred by physicians.
• Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
• Providing therapeutic care within our facility, and potentially through home visits, employing advanced procedures and techniques to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Exemplifying exceptional customer service standards while actively contributing to the overall effectiveness and reputation of our clinic.
• Collaborating closely with a team of medical professionals to apply evidence-based care methodologies to maximize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with orthopedic conditions, pediatric issues, neurological disorders, and sports injuries. You will have the chance to work with various specialties, allowing each session to be uniquely structured according to the patient's diagnosis and progress. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in physical therapy, particularly in orthopedic settings.
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills, essential for documentation and patient interaction.
