This full-time position requires an energetic therapist to provide personalized rehabilitation services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Work Environment

This position is onsite, primarily conducted in patients' homes, allowing for personal interactions that enhance treatment effectiveness. We encourage a flexible working schedule, allowing therapists to choose their hours within a Monday to Friday framework. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions in their home settings, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans incorporating exercise regimens, stretching techniques, and hands-on therapy to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly document patient progress and effectiveness of treatments through precise tracking and reporting, allowing for informed future care decisions.
• Reassess therapeutic objectives over time, adjusting treatment plans to better meet patient needs and improve rehabilitation outcomes.
• Assist patients in selecting and utilizing assistive devices to facilitate daily living activities and improve overall mobility.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on effective physical therapy practices, including the safe usage of assistive devices and therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain and enhance professional knowledge by engaging in workshops, reviewing industry literature, and participating in professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy services cater primarily to orthopedic patients, encompassing a wide range of age groups with diverse needs. Whether treating individuals recovering from surgical interventions or those managing chronic orthopedic conditions, our focus is on restoring function and enhancing quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure for Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills, relevant for maintaining patient records and documentation.
• Ability to adapt and respond to various situations in a dynamic home care environment.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a home care setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with treating a variety of orthopedic conditions is a plus.
• Participation in continuous education and training in emerging therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
