Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, utilizing metrics to establish baselines for treatment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including exercise therapy, manual techniques, and modalities for pain management.
• Set specific, measurable treatment goals with patients, ensuring they understand their rehabilitation roadmap and the recovery timeline.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes and modifying treatment strategies as needed to optimize recovery.
• Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and effective use of assistive devices, empowering them for independent self-management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment approaches based on collective insights.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer collaboration to stay abreast of the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation.
