Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support hospice patients and their families, navigating complex emotional landscapes as they deal with significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services.
