In this remote full-time role, you will engage with families in their homes and other community environments, ensuring that services are tailored to meet each family's unique cultural and personal needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth multidisciplinary assessments of each child’s developmental status and family dynamics.
\n
• Provide tailored child development services, implemented in developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 0-3 and their families.
\n
• Collaborate with families to develop comprehensive Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that address specific goals, objectives, and strategies relating to the child's developmental progress.
\n
• Create thorough assessments, progress notes, reports, and ongoing correspondence as part of case management duties.
\n
• Offer both individual and group intervention services targeting developmental delays, including cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, gross motor, and communication skills.
\n
• Regularly assess the strengths, resources, concerns, and achievements of the families and children on your caseload.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator, managing scheduling and implementation of intervention plans while ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines.

• Provide emotional support and professional guidance to families, facilitating strong parent-child interactions that foster healthy development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, including those with developmental delays, and ensuring that their families receive effective support and services. By emphasizing a family-centered approach, you will work directly with caregivers to identify their strengths and address any barriers they may encounter. Your role is critical in helping families navigate the complexities of early intervention services while empowering them to advocate for their children.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) license is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.

• Deep understanding of early childhood developmental milestones and interventions is necessary.

• Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and individualized services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in documentation and compliance practices.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community visits.

• Bilingual or bicultural language skills are a plus and preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, and families is strongly preferred.

• Experience in a community health or early intervention setting is an asset.

• Knowledge of family systems theory and practice in early childhood development is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 68,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
