About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will be a key advisor, providing financial insight to support business planning, operational performance, and long-term growth. This hands-on role requires a leader who can balance strategic and operational responsibilities, ensuring excellence in day-to-day financial operations. The successful candidate will lead all core accounting and finance activities, oversee financial processes, and guide important business decisions through analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a CPA, MBA, or other advanced credential strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership, is required. The role demands a professional with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash management, and financial reporting, as well as a proven ability to support executive decision-making and improve financial processes. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, particularly Excel, is essential, and experience with BI tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a financial team in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.
