Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients in overcoming their mental health challenges.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationships.

• Implement family therapy techniques to help family members address complex issues related to relationships, communication, and collective emotional well-being.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to client needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately diagnose mental health disorders to inform treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
