The Role

Law firms are Centari's core business today, and our CEO runs point on every deal personally. We're hiring a Head of Law Firm Growth to take full ownership of that pipeline: the relationships already in motion, the deals still to close, and the playbook for how Centari wins in the vertical it was built for.

What You'll Own

• Revenue. You inherit an active pipeline and a set of standing relationships built by our CEO, and you run the full sales cycle from there, first conversation to signed six-to-seven-figure engagement, with law firm partners, general counsel, and knowledge management leaders.

• The vertical playbook. Positioning, messaging, outbound, and account targeting for AmLaw and Magic Circle firms. You build the system that keeps the pipeline full without depending on any one person's network.

• Partnerships. Centari's channel and integration partners open doors into law firms. You make sure every introduction turns into a real opportunity and, where it earns it, a closed deal.

• The function itself. As the law firm business grows past what one person can carry, you'll have the room to build and lead the team around it.

What you Bring

• You've personally sourced and closed six-to-seven-figure deals with sophisticated buyers, ideally law firm partners or general counsel, and you can run a multi-stakeholder sale end to end without a playbook handed to you.

• You bring real law firm relationships or the sales background to build them fast: legal tech, professional services, or practicing law before moving into sales. Enterprise sales experience with comparably sophisticated buyers (fund principals, enterprise C-suite) works too, if you're ready to build the law firm network from scratch.

• You've personally built part of a sales motion before: an outbound program, an account plan, a piece of positioning you wrote and tested yourself.

• You have the executive presence to hold your own with a law firm partner and the discipline to run your own pipeline before there's a team under you.

• Nice to have: you've generated demand and closed deals at an early-stage company without an established category or team behind you.
