Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assessments and therapeutic interventions to address each patient's unique needs, promoting improved mobility and overall health.
• Manage a consistent patient load, allowing for concentrated attention and customized treatment plans tailored to individual rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize your orthopedic expertise and prior experience to implement effective outpatient treatment strategies that prioritize functional improvement.
• Incorporate cost-effective treatment modalities that facilitate client recovery while emphasizing a reduction in reliance on surgical interventions and medications.
• Design comprehensive care plans that integrate diverse therapeutic methods such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to maximize patient recovery.
• Create and lead tailored fitness and wellness programs that encourage patients to engage actively in their own recovery and health maintenance.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering an encouraging environment that empowers them to set and achieve personal health goals.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress using EMR systems such as Web PT, ensuring accurate records for seamless care continuity.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
