Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery within their home setting, ensuring comfort and maximizing their recovery potential.
• Establish individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing a variety of modalities such as therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and modern equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to fine-tune treatment approaches and set realistic, achievable goals.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations to revise treatment plans as necessary, adapting strategies to meet evolving patient needs effectively.
• Recommend and assist patients in using assistive devices for self-care and mobility enhancement, if deemed necessary for improved independence.
• Provide educational training for patients, their families, and other health-care personnel regarding rehabilitation procedures and the use of assistive modalities.
• Stay current with trends in physical therapy by participating in professional workshops, contributing to journals, and networking within professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Raintree, you will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults with chronic conditions, and seniors needing rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) being preferred.
