This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while supporting clients in a virtual detox environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and assessments to identify clients' psychosocial needs and treatment requirements.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans via Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Provide emotional support and guidance to clients and their families, helping them navigate the challenges of recovery.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations pertaining to mental health practices and substance use treatment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies for risk assessment and crisis intervention.

• Build rapport with clients and their support systems, contributing to a therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking detoxification services and their families. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including those experiencing co-occurring disorders, and utilize a culturally sensitive approach to meet their unique needs. Working collaboratively with families, you will help create an environment that supports both recovery and family involvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is mandatory.

• A valid and unrestricted LCSW license from the state of Florida is required.

• Possess strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management techniques.

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle a caseload.

• Show competency in addressing age-specific issues and the developmental needs of various populations.

Preferred Experience\n
