Civil Litigation Paralegal

A highly respected and established law firm is seeking a driven Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic legal environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage case files seamlessly from initial client intake through trial or resolution. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence. Oversee document production, indexing, and advanced e-discovery processes. File legal documents accurately in both State and Federal electronic court systems. Maintain the master litigation calendar for deadlines, depositions, mediations, and hearings. Coordinate scheduling for client consultations, witness interviews, and attorney meetings. Assemble, organize, and index trial binders and exhibit lists for court proceedings. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Conduct targeted legal research and factual investigations using electronic databases. Qualifications: Proven experience working as a paralegal within a civil litigation practice. Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple active cases. Sharp attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation. Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PDF editing software. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
