Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.29 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 02:30 PMSun06:30 AM - 02:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation. Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and site observations. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
