Director of Recruiting

Position Summary Soliant is seeking a high-impact Director of Recruitment to lead, develop, and scale a best-in-class healthcare recruiting organization. This leader will drive recruiting performance, candidate delivery, and revenue growth while serving as a hands-on player-coach who inspires teams to exceed expectations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading sales-driven recruiting teams within healthcare staffing, developing recruiters from new hire to top producer, and creating a culture of continuous growth, accountability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of healthcare recruiters and recruiting leaders. Foster a high-performance, sales-oriented culture focused on results, accountability, and candidate quality. Serve as a player-coach by actively recruiting, mentoring, and modeling best practices. Develop recruiters at all stages of their careers, from onboarding through advanced performance and leadership development. Drive recruiter productivity, fill rates, candidate quality, retention, and revenue performance. Create and execute recruiting strategies that deliver qualified healthcare professionals quickly and consistently. Partner with sales, account management, operations, and leadership to meet client hiring needs and business objectives. Drive key recruiting metrics, performance expectations, and development plans. Build scalable recruiting processes that improve speed-to-fill, efficiency, and overall team performance. Recruit, hire, and retain top recruiting talent. Qualifications 7+ years of healthcare staffing or healthcare recruiting experience. 5+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams. Proven success leading high-performing sales and recruitment teams within the healthcare staffing industry. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain top recruiting talent. Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing operations, recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies. Experience building recruiter training, onboarding, and performance development programs. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
